Project overview

Rosebud Heritage is a real estate website designed to showcase building properties. I created a refined interface that highlights property visuals and allows users to explore listings with ease.

My role

I handled the entire design process, including:

Designing page layouts and visual structure
Defining color palette, typography, and spacing
Designing mobile and desktop versions for responsiveness

Challenges & goals

Challenge

  • Visual balance:Designing for the real estate without overdecorating.
  • Hierarchy:Maintaining focus on imagery while supporting content readability.

Goal

  • Refine visual style:Achieve a sense of sophistication and calm through layout and tone.
  • Improve exploration:Make browsing listings simple and enjoyable on any device.

Process

I studied simple and elegant real estate websites to understand what creates a sense of premium quality. I designed the website that prioritized large imagery and clean typography with soft contrasts and structured spacing.

The website communicates trust and refinement. The layout feels calm and professional, letting property images take center stage without clutter or distraction.

Outcome

Reflection

This project reinforced that elegance comes from restraint. Clean structure and consistency communicate reliability more than visual ornamentation ever could.
